Welcome to our holiday accommodation in Fuerteventura.

Our holiday properties are located in a special area where permanent residents and holiday guests share and enjoy this beautiful environment together. Mutual respect and consideration help preserve the peaceful atmosphere, privacy, and unique character of this place for everyone. We therefore kindly ask all guests to treat neighbors, nature, and communal areas with respect and consideration throughout their stay.

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in is available from 4:00 PM.
  • Check-out is required by 11:00 AM.
  • Late check-out may incur additional charges unless agreed upon in advance.

Non-Smoking Property

  • All of our holiday properties are non-smoking accommodations.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the buildings.
  • Please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly in suitable containers.

Pets

  • Pets are welcome in selected properties only upon prior approval.
  • Please ensure that pets do not disturb neighbors or other guests, or cause damage to the property.
  • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times outside the accommodation.
  • Please ensure that dogs do not relieve themselves in flower beds, planted areas, or landscaped gardens.
  • Pet waste must be collected and disposed of properly without delay.

Barbecues

  • Barbecuing is permitted only in properties where a barbecue is provided or where explicit permission has been granted.
  • Guests may not bring and use their own barbecue equipment at properties where no barbecue is provided.
  • Please follow all safety regulations and be considerate of neighbors and other guests.
  • Any barbecue equipment must be left clean and in good condition after use.

Care of the Property

  • Please treat the accommodation, furniture, and equipment with care.
  • Any damage or defects discovered during your stay must be reported promptly.

Respect, Noise and Conduct

  • Our holiday properties are intended for relaxation and recreation. Parties, events, and celebrations are not permitted.
  • Please behave respectfully and considerately toward neighbors, other guests, and the surrounding community at all times.
  • Particular attention should be paid to noise levels in outdoor areas.
  • From 10:00 PM onwards, noise must be significantly reduced to avoid disturbing neighbors and the surrounding environment.
  • Music, conversations, and other outdoor activities should be kept at a low volume after this time.
  • Your behavior should always be adapted to respect the privacy and peace of the neighborhood.
  • Repeated or serious disturbances may result in the termination of your stay without refund.

Departure and Waste Disposal

Before departure, we kindly ask guests to:

  • Dispose of all household waste.
  • Remove or dispose of any purchased and unused food items.
  • Empty the refrigerator completely.
  • Leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.

Waste Disposal Location

Collection containers for general waste, paper, packaging, and glass are located on the left-hand side at the entrance to the Casilla de Costa complex.
